TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to B88 Wrap XTreme Bangkok. By scheduling vehicle customization, wrap application, Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation, or advanced detailing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following global-standard terms and conditions. These terms govern all bespoke craftsmanship contracts performed at our state-of-the-art laboratory.

1. Scope of Customization Services

B88 Wrap XTreme provides premium bespoke vinyl wraps, self-healing paint protection films, ceramic glass coatings, and high-end automotive aesthetic modifications. While we strive for extreme precision and a zero-seam visual finish, custom wrapping is a manual craftsmanship process. Minor variations in vinyl stretch and seam placement may occur depending on complex supercar body curvatures.

2. Scheduling, Private Slots & Booking Deposits

• Laboratory Slot Reservation: Due to extremely limited capacity in our dustless laboratory environment, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure premium slots.
• Rescheduling & Cancellation: Private slot cancellations or schedule updates must be officially communicated at least 72 hours prior to scheduled vehicle drop-off. Late changes will result in deposit forfeiture.
• Storage Surcharges: Vehicles must be picked up within 48 hours of project completion. Storage surcharges may apply to unclaimed vehicles.

3. Client Surface Cleanliness & Paint Disclosures

To ensure perfect, dust-free adhesion and laboratory standard control, clients must adhere to the following:

• Pre-Cleaning: Vehicles should be dropped off in a reasonably clean state. B88 executes a deep paint-safe decontamination wash, clay bar prep, and isopropyl alcohol degreasing prior to installation.
• Existing Defects Disclosure: The client is legally obligated to disclose any previous panel repaints, smart repairs, stone chip touch-ups, or aftermarket paint modifications. B88 Wrap XTreme is not responsible for factory paint lifting on panels that have been repainted or chemically altered by third-parties.

4. Premium Material Warranty & Labor Guarantee

We pride ourselves on using only elite global materials (3M, Avery Dennison, STEK, Inozetek, XPEL) which carry their own premium manufacturer guarantees. B88 Wrap provides a custom **1-Year Master Craftsman Labor Guarantee** on seam wrap adhesion and lifting. The labor guarantee does not cover damage caused by high-pressure jet wash abuse (no closer than 40cm), collision damage, or track-day abrasions.

5. Limitation of Liability

B88 Wrap XTreme maintains a multi-million Baht commercial liability insurance package. However, B88 Wrap is not liable for:

• Prior existing stone chips, micro-cracks, or clear-coat degradation that becomes visible upon wrapping prep.
• Mechanical or electrical failures occurring independently of cosmetic panel modifications.
• Delays in project completion arising from late manufacturer material shipments or extreme weather occurrences in Bangkok.

6. Media, Photography & Private Collection Marketing

B88 Wrap XTreme reserves the right to capture high-resolution professional photographs and videos of completed transformations inside our showroom. These assets may be utilized for B88 Club promotional campaigns. Unless explicitly requested by the client in writing prior to lab entry, license plates will be digitally blurred or removed for absolute privacy.

7. Governing Jurisdiction & Dispute Settlement

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising from our bespoke design services shall be settled amicably or referred exclusively to the Bangkok Intellectual Property and International Trade Court.
